Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM KISAN):

Objective of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM KISAN):
To augment the income of farmer
Covered: All farmer with land
Not Covered: Landless labour.
PM Kisan is a Central Sector scheme with 100% funding from Government of India.
Under the programme, vulnerable landholding farm families with cultivated land would be provided direct income support at the rate of 6000 rupees per year.
The scheme is being implemented with effect from December 2018.
This income support will be transferred directly into the bank accounts of beneficiary farmers, in three equal installments of Rs. 2,000 each.
Landless labourers are not being covered under PM-KISAN

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maan-Dhan Yojana (PM-KMY)
It is an old age pension scheme for all land holding Small and Marginal Farmers (SMFs).
It is a voluntary and contributory pension scheme for the entry age group of 18 to 40 years.
The Scheme is effective from the 9th August 2019.
The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Maan-Dhan Yojana (PM KMY) provides for an assured monthly pension of Rs. 3000/- to all land holding Small and Marginal Farmers (SMFs), whether male or female, on their attaining the age of 60 years.
The amount of the monthly contribution shall range between Rs.55 to Rs.200 per month depending upon the age of entry of the farmers into the Scheme.
Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) shall be the Pension Fund Manager and responsible for Pension Pay-Out.
Pradhan Mantri Shram-Yogi Maandhan:
Pradhan Mantri Shram-Yogi Maandhan” is launched for the unorganized workers with monthly income upto 15,000 rupees. This pension yojana would give them an assured monthly pension of 3,000 rupees from the age of 60 years on a monthly contribution of a small affordable premium during the working age.
It was announced in the Interim Budget-2019 will be implemented from February 15, 2019, by the Ministry of Labour and Employment through Life Insurance Corporation of India
This scheme seeks to benefit around 42 crore workers from the unorganized sector of the country.
To avail of the scheme, workers will have to contribute a Rs. 55-200 (Age based) month per month.
The unorganized sector workers, with income of less than Rs 15,000 per month and who belong to the entry age group of 18-40 years, will be eligible for the scheme
SOIL HEALTH CARD SCHEME (SHC)
Theme: “Swasth Dharaa. Khet Haraa.” – Healthy Earth. Green Farm.
Launched: 19 feb, 2015 at Suratgarh, Rajasthan
Soil health card is prepared in 14 local languages.
It will contain the status of his soil with respect to 12 parameters, namely N, P, K (Macro-nutrients); S (Secondary nutrient); Zn, Fe, Cu, Mn, Bo (Micro nutrients); and pH, EC, OC (Physical parameters)
Soil Samples are taken generally two times in a year, after harvesting of Rabi and Kharif Crop respectively or when there is no standing crop in the field.
Sunishchit rojgar Yojana.
Launched in 2nd October 1993.
Launched by PM shri PV Nurshingh Rai.
Targeted people - SC , ST and poor people.
Aim – provide 100 days work in a year.
Which type of work provided in suchit rojgar Yojana?
1. Tree plantation , agriculture , water related work : 40%.
2. Small irrigation : 20%

Objective.
To provide agricultural information to the farming community through toll free number lines.

Replies to the query of the farming community are being provided in 22 local language.

Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY)
It was launched on: 18 February 2016 (Kharif 2016)
Objective : Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY)
To provide insurance coverage and financial support to the farmers in the event of solute of any of the notified crop as a result of natural calamities pest and disease.
Covers all food grains, oilseeds and annual commercial/ horticultural crops.
One season one rate – maximum 2% for Kharif, 1.5% for Rabi and 5% for Annual Commercial (Cotton/Sugarcane)/ Horticultural Crops.
PMFBY will replace the exciting two scheme National agricultural insurance scheme ( NAIS )and modified National agriculture insurance scheme(MNAIS)
Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS)
Launched on 2nd October, 1975.
Aim: To provide services to pre-school children in an integrated manner so as to ensure proper growth and development of children in rural, tribal and slum areas.
Objectives of ICDS
1. To improve the nutritional and health status of children in the age group 0-6 years;
2. To lay the foundations for proper psychological, physical and social development of the child;
3. To reduce mortality and, morbidity, malnutrition and school drop-out;
4. To achieve an effective coordination of policy and implementation among the various departments working for the promotion of child development; and
5. To enhance the capability of the mother and nutritional needs of the child through proper nutrition and health education.
Mahila samridhi Yojana
Launched in 2nd October 1993
Aim : uplift the rural women by providing micro finance
Target group
Self help group women belong to background class specially scheduled caste and scheduled tribe.
Objective:
inspire entrepreneural mindset among womens.
